Enterprise EULA¶

Terms and Definitions¶

• Software / Logbee - the Logbee application and all related components, including web assets, modules, source code (if provided), and documentation.

• You / Your - the individual or organization using the Software.

• We / Us - KISS Software SRL, the creators and owners of Logbee.

1. License Grant¶

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Logbee according to the terms in this Agreement.

Ownership of the Software and all associated intellectual property remains with Us.

2. Installation and Hosting¶

You may install, host, and deploy Logbee on any server, domain, or environment, including those operated by your customers.

You may also redistribute Logbee as part of your own products or services.

You may not:

• Distribute Logbee as a standalone product

• Make Logbee available in a way that allows third parties to use it independently of your product

3. Usage Guidelines¶

You may use Logbee with applications or systems that you develop or operate, including those provided to your customers.

When redistributed, Logbee must be used only as part of your product or service and not as a general-purpose or standalone logging solution.

4. Restrictions and Copyright¶

The Software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Distribute Logbee on a standalone basis

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software

• Remove or alter ownership notices

• Use the Software to create a competing product

5. Warranty¶

Logbee is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

6. Limitation of Liability¶

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software.

7. Software Updates¶

We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to Logbee. Updates are provided at our discretion. Please back up your data before applying any updates.

8. Refund Policy¶

We do not offer refunds. A fully functional trial version of Logbee is available for testing before purchase.

9. Third Party Software¶

Logbee includes third-party open-source software, which may have additional terms. Required notices are available here:

By using the Software, you agree to comply with these third-party terms.

10. Miscellaneous¶

We may identify you as a Logbee user in marketing materials or on our website. If you prefer not to be identified in this way, please let us know.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between you and Us regarding logBee. No other statements, whether oral or written, modify this Agreement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
