Logbee processes and stores the data you send to it (such as logs, errors, and tracing information) on secure infrastructure in Germany.

We are committed to protecting your data:

• We do not sell or rent your data

• We do not share your data, except where required by law

You control what data is sent to Logbee. If your applications include sensitive information in logs or error reports, you are responsible for filtering or removing it before sending it to the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property¶

The Service, including its features and functionality, remains the property of KISS Software SRL and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Governing Law¶

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
